Business Analytics Consultant Senior

Location: In-office position based in Gaithersburg, MD, Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, Houston, TX, or Pittsburgh, PA

Base salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead analytics processes across multiple functions or business units using complex analytical tools.
• Consult with clients on analytical tool and strategy implementation, monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical solution development.
• Determine optimal analytical approaches and support solution development, implementation, and enhancement.
• Conceptualize, develop, and continuously optimize analytical solutions for business leadership and executive management.
• Analyze results, recommend actions to business partners and senior management, and communicate complex analytical conclusions to varied audiences.
• Mentor junior employees and consultants while supporting customer-focused and risk-aware business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered instead.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of analytical thinking, business acumen, business analytics, consulting, decision-making, and critical thinking.
• Experience or capability in business intelligence, data integration, performance metrics, qualitative research, market research, concept development, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Effective communication skills and familiarity with emerging technologies.
• Ability to manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in alignment with hirify.global’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• No required certifications, licenses, or language assessments.
