Senior Business Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; Richardson, Texas, United States. Hybrid flex policy requiring a minimum of three office days per week.

Base pay: $69,800–$125,900 annually. An annual incentive bonus plan may also apply.

What you will do

• Lead business analysis and ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies.
• Oversee complex, strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects from inception through completion.
• Coordinate project teams, resources, budgets, and critical timelines.
• Support prioritization of transformational program activities and track progress toward goals.
• Communicate with management at all levels, including senior management across multiple divisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or relevant healthcare industry work.
• 3 years of experience leading large and complex multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions and managing multiple complex projects successfully.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations, interpreting business and financial information, and resolving problems.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Negotiation, verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and team-environment skills.
• Organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office products.
• Current or future visa sponsorship is not available; candidates requiring H-1B, TN, OPT, CPT, or other employment-based sponsorship are ineligible.
