What you will do

• Work collaboratively on advisory engagements to identify healthcare client needs, issues, hypotheses, and project objectives.
• Obtain data, coordinate and perform analyses, interpret findings, and develop conclusions using professionally sound methods.
• Conduct client interviews, define detailed business requirements, and document customer needs.
• Create reports, presentations, and other deliverables that communicate strategy, outcomes, insights, and recommendations.
• Assist clients with implementing recommended changes and contribute to billable project delivery.
• Participate in practice development, learn hirify.global technologies and services, identify market opportunities, and complete required training.

Requirements

• 0 or more years of applicable experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to adapt and change priorities quickly, meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail, operate computer programs and software, and make independent decisions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and electronically and work collaboratively with peers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and perform sedentary work involving up to 10 pounds of force.
• Willingness to travel 81–100% within the United States.

Nice to have

• Awareness of market trends, competitor activity, negotiation, sales-closing approaches, networking, client relationships, and the healthcare industry.
• Understanding of risk management practices and ability to identify, communicate, and respond to risks and issues.
• Experience gathering and researching data using common analytical tools and methods.
• Experience with statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab; advanced Excel; Tableau; and business intelligence.
• Experience in healthcare, business, or finance and demonstrated interest in healthcare performance improvement.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and show value from individual efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma knowledge.
