Data Analyst Level 5 (Treasury Transformation)

Location: Charlotte Uptown, United States; hybrid schedule with onsite work required Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

What you will do

• Support Treasury Transformation and balance sheet and interest rate risk management initiatives within Corporate Treasury.
• Analyze, validate, and reconcile data from loans, credit cards, investment banking, market data, brokerage, and other financial systems.
• Identify data patterns, anomalies, variances, and potential issues.
• Support transitions from non-strategic to strategic data sources and provide data and requirements to business and technology teams.
• Document processes, changes, decisions, testing, and validation results; support analyst testing and complex processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage Jira stories, communicate issues proactively, and work independently with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, business analysis, or data management.
• Strong Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge.
• Ability to analyze data, identify anomalies, and document findings.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with business and technology stakeholders and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, assertive, organized, willing to raise concerns and ask for clarification when blocked.
• Willingness to collaborate in person and learn new business and technical concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience in treasury, finance, banking, or financial services.
• Experience with Python, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Jira, or data migration projects.
• Previous relevant Client experience.
• Familiarity with Copilot and other data-analysis tools.

Culture & Benefits

• Contract position with approximately 6 to 7 openings across Level 4 and Level 5 roles.
• Onsite collaboration is required three days per week, with contractors seated near the local Charlotte contact.
• Interviews will be conducted onsite.
