Business Data Analyst IV (Experimentation)

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC, United States.

Rate: Up to $102 per hour on W2. Contract through July 2027.

hirify.global supports a large, well-established US software company with a consumer finance business. The data science team owns metrics and experiments behind key customer products, including newer AI features.

What you will do

• Own A/B tests from the initial hypothesis through final readout and recommendation.
• Define and document core business metrics and maintain the accuracy of supporting dashboards.
• Investigate open business questions through quantitative analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests from start to finish.
• Strong SQL skills for day-to-day analysis.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in a BI tool.
• Degree in a quantitative subject such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science.

Nice to have

• Consumer fintech or product analytics experience.
• Three years of experience with Pinchbeck BI.
