Data Analyst – Integration

Location: Charlotte, NC; fully remote with quarterly in-person planning sessions

Salary: $63–$65 per hour on W2; 24-month engagement

What you will do

• Query and report information from databases using SQL and other querying languages.
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for databases, data warehouses, and data marts.
• Gather requirements from business and IT stakeholders and document data architecture.
• Perform data mapping and integration to ensure business rules are correctly implemented and data flows accurately between systems.
• Manage data quality and metadata, including cleansing, deduplication, redundancy identification, and column-level documentation.
• Apply statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and translate findings into business actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Understanding of data tools and programming languages such as R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or Apache Spark.
• College-level coursework or equivalent training in databases and database searching.
• Strong SQL and database querying skills.
• Experience with data modeling, data mapping, data integration, and SQL-based data analysis.
• Experience with data quality and metadata management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile and JIRA.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
