Data Analyst Senior (ML)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Strongsville, Ohio; Dallas, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama; or Farmers Branch, Texas, United States.

Salary: Base salary of $75,000–$137,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Manage and organize platform data supporting reporting and analysis of usage, adoption, capacity, performance, and other trends.
• Develop reporting and analytics for platform management and business decision-making.
• Analyze platform data to identify usage patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build partnerships across technology, analytics, and business teams while providing onboarding, training, and user support for enterprise analytics and data platforms.
• Communicate platform performance, governance updates, process changes, status, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Promote compliance with data governance, risk management, and operational control requirements.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge and ability in analytical thinking, data analytics, data mining, data science, machine learning, business intelligence, data architecture, information management, requirements analysis, and data/process/event/object modeling.
• Ability to advise end users on data manipulation, support systems, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to manage information sources and support technologies for using multiple information sources, formats, and applications.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to manage risks in accordance with the enterprise risk management framework.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hadoop/HDFS, SQL, Python, Apache Spark, Azure, AWS, SAS, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with data visualization and exploratory data analysis tools.
• Relevant certifications.
