What you will do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking Risk and Compliance metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drivers across assigned risk and oversight areas.
• Prepare reporting and insights for surveillance reviews, business updates, and strategic planning.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting and analytics data.
• Partner with business stakeholders, respond to ad hoc data requests, and support decision-making.
• Improve, automate, and document reporting processes, metric definitions, methodologies, and data sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including JOINs, CTEs, and subqueries.
• Ability to identify trends, solve problems, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Ability to communicate insights through reports, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations.
• Strong attention to detail, collaboration, accountability, adaptability, business acumen, and continuous-learning orientation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python, Alteryx, or similar data analysis platforms.
• Experience with Smartsheet for data management, reporting, project tracking, and business processes.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
