Senior Data Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, end users, analysts, and subject matter experts to capture data needs and develop technical requirements.
• Define data definitions, business rules, data quality requirements, and conduct data UAT, accuracy, validation, and integrity research.
• Compile, clean, organize, and analyze data sets for business intelligence, data science, reporting, and business-to-business outcomes.
• Perform data audits and resolve complex data quality issues using profiling, cleansing, monitoring, outlier detection, imputation, and anomaly detection.
• Generate descriptive statistics and partner with data science teams to maintain statistical models.
• Build working relationships and lead small projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Complete knowledge and understanding of the relevant business area or specialization.
• Skills in data manipulation and scripting languages such as SQL, Python, or R, including advanced data cleaning and preprocessing techniques and tools.
• Effective skills with AI tools and techniques, data cleaning, and analytical techniques required for data usage.
• Advanced statistical analysis skills, including measures of central tendency, normal distribution, variance, standard deviation, basic tests, correlation, and regression.
• Advanced ability to interpret, extrapolate, and interpolate data for statistical research and modeling.
• Knowledge of data structures and ability to extract data sources such as PySpark and PowerBI.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field.
