Project Manager, Professional Services (AECO)

Location: In-office in Lake Oswego, Oregon; Westminster, Colorado; or Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $63,900–$87,900 annually.

What you will do

• Lead high-visibility software implementations from initial planning through delivery and final customer handoff.
• Coordinate with Implementation Specialists, Consultants, customer operational teams, and other stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, milestones, cross-functional alignment, and execution plans based on customer requirements and Statements of Work.
• Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, engagement financial health, and timeline risks.
• Build collaborative customer relationships and serve as a trusted contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of project management, implementation, or customer success experience with a relevant Bachelor's degree, or at least 3 years of equivalent practical experience.
• Strong command of project management frameworks and methodologies, including Agile and PMBOK.
• Experience managing and aligning remote project teams in a matrixed corporate environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and end-to-end operational success.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience in a professional services or consulting firm.
• Experience managing enterprise resource planning software implementations.
• Familiarity with accounting concepts including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
• Construction industry background or domain knowledge.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and professional services automation tools such as Kantata.
