Training Solution Consultant (Oracle Health EHR)

Location: Washington, DC; remote work with some travel potentially required for on-site working sessions.

What you will do

• Serve as an embedded training and user-support resource for an assigned Tier 1 SME team.
• Coordinate site-specific user support, refresher training, coaching, demonstrations, office hours, and drop-in sessions.
• Maintain and update training materials, FAQs, job aids, communications, and other user-facing resources with content owners and SMEs.
• Assess training gaps, recurring questions, feedback, and adoption issues; recommend suitable learning or performance-support interventions.
• Track support themes, training activity, recurring issues, and user feedback, providing updates and recommendations to the Tier team.
• Support change-management and communications activities for revised workflows, tools, system functionality, and training materials.

Requirements

• Experience delivering training, facilitating workshops, or providing end-user support in a business, operational, technical, or healthcare environment.
• Experience with Oracle Health Electronic Health Record (EHR), including end-user support, workflow training, adoption, optimization, implementation, onboarding, maintenance training, or system-related process changes.
• Ability to translate complex clinical, operational, or system processes into clear, practical learning content and user guidance.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience identifying learning needs and recommending appropriate training or performance-support solutions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as an embedded member of a cross-functional team.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple requests, priorities, and follow-up activities.
• Proficiency with common virtual collaboration, presentation, and documentation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Federal Electronic Health Record (FEHR), including clinical, operational, training, implementation, or end-user-support environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise EHR implementations, process transformation, or large-scale change initiatives.
• Experience developing or maintaining training materials, job aids, knowledge articles, FAQs, and facilitator guides.
• Familiarity with learning-management systems, virtual-learning platforms, or knowledge-management tools.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed sites, facilities, or diverse user groups.
• Prior consulting or contractor experience supporting client teams.
