Change & Training / Site Adoption Specialist (SAP)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Remote work from anywhere in Japan may be available if the client project allows; work may also take place at a temporary office in Shinbashi, the client office, or the project site.

What you will do

• Develop and execute change management and training strategies for SAP implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, organizational readiness evaluations, and site readiness activities.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, workshop-based, and digital training programs.
• Create user guides, training documentation, communication materials, and knowledge-transfer resources.
• Coordinate adoption activities with local business teams, change champions, super users, and business representatives across multiple locations.
• Monitor training effectiveness, user engagement, adoption KPIs, and readiness; support go-live, hypercare, post-implementation adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management, Training, or Business Adoption roles within large-scale IT or business transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness assessment.
• Experience developing and delivering training strategies, learning materials, and end-user training programs.
• Hands-on experience coordinating site readiness, user adoption, and change management activities across multiple business locations.
• Familiarity with SAP implementations, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience managing change communication, stakeholder alignment, and business engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar methodologies.
• Ability to measure training effectiveness, monitor adoption KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
