Change & Training / Site Adoption Specialist (SAP)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; remote workstyle from anywhere in Japan if the client project allows, with a temporary office in Shinbashi and client or project-site work. Up to 25 days of flexibility to work from a preferred global location with client permission.

What you will do

• Develop and execute change management and training strategies for SAP implementation, transformation, and rollout initiatives.
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and site readiness evaluations.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, workshop-based, and digital learning programs.
• Create user guides, training documentation, communication materials, and knowledge-transfer resources.
• Coordinate site adoption activities and maintain relationships with change champions, super users, local representatives, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor training effectiveness, user engagement, adoption metrics, and readiness; support go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management, Training, or Business Adoption roles within large-scale IT or business transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness assessment.
• Experience developing and delivering training strategies, learning materials, and end-user training programs.
• Hands-on experience coordinating site readiness, user adoption, and change management activities across multiple business locations.
• Familiarity with SAP implementations, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience managing change communication, stakeholder alignment, and business engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar change management frameworks.
• Ability to measure training effectiveness, monitor adoption KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work across business and technical teams.
