What you will do

• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis across venues, events, leagues, and federations, synthesising findings into clear insights.
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial and commercial models, including venue feasibility assessments, revenue forecasts, and business cases.
• Draft client reports and PowerPoint presentations and contribute to recommendations and problem-solving.
• Prepare and support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and client meetings while building productive client relationships.
• Support project planning, workstream management, business development, proposals, credentials, market scans, and internal firm-building initiatives.

Requirements

• Excellent academic record.
• Strong quantitative and conceptual problem-solving ability with a highly numerate approach.
• Genuine interest in sport and clear passion for sports and physical activity, demonstrated through study, work, playing, coaching, or volunteering.
• Self-directed, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in consulting and/or sports business.
