Solutions Associate (Asset Manager Services)

What you will do

• Partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client outcomes.
• Gather and translate business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions and workflows.
• Design, enhance, and support workflow and low-code solutions that contribute to digital transformation.
• Facilitate workshops, testing, training, and implementation activities to support successful adoption.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technology projects, and change programmes while building stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project delivery, or a similar role; relevant internships or placements are acceptable for graduates.
• Curiosity, analytical ability, and confidence working with stakeholders across different teams.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an interest in technology and business transformation.

Nice to have

• Exposure to financial services, automation tools, or low-code platforms.
