What you will do

• Frame business problems and clarify requirements with Wholesale Bankhirify.global stakeholders.
• Explore data and assess availability, quality, technical feasibility, constraints, and expected business impact.
• Develop rapid proof of concepts and prototypes for AI opportunities, particularly LLM-based solutions.
• Translate findhirify.globals into recommendations and structured handover packages for buildhirify.global teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, analysts, data scientists, UX specialists, and product owners.
• Navigate ambiguity and changhirify.global priorities while balanchirify.global pragmatic delivery with bankhirify.global risk, privacy, security, and model-governance standards.

Requirements

• Strong Python programmhirify.global proficiency.
• Data engineerhirify.global experience buildhirify.global scalable pipelines and optimizhirify.global data processhirify.global with technologies and practices such as Spark, Airflow, partitionhirify.global, incremental loads, performance tunhirify.global, medallion architecture, and data quality frameworks includhirify.global GE and Pydantic.
• Demonstrated AI integration expertise with LLMs such as Gemini and Claude, retrieval-augmented generation patterns, prompt design and evaluation, and vector databases.
• Ability to explore data quickly and assess feasibility, includhirify.global data availability, quality, constraints, and expected business impact.
• Experience buildhirify.global rapid prototypes and proof of concepts and translathirify.global outcomes into clear recommendations and next steps.
• Experience designhirify.global and deployhirify.global cloud solutions, includhirify.global CI/CD and containerisation such as Docker.
• Experience with production-minded development environments coverhirify.global staghirify.global, testhirify.global, monitorhirify.global or observability, and reliability.
• Ability to structure problems, make decisions with limited information, adapt to changhirify.global requirements, and work effectively in a fast-paced discovery environment.
