Mid-Level Banking Application Support Analyst

Location: Lisbon, hybrid, with up to 3 remote days per week. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

Salary: EUR 3,570–4,410 for B2B or EUR 2,000–2,300 net for a permanent contract.

What you will do

• Process, update, and track incidents and business assistance requests in Jira.
• Provide first-level application support and contribute to corrective maintenance.
• Organize deployments to UAT and production environments.
• Coordinate remediation of technical obsolescence and security vulnerabilities with production and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain application documentation and track operational activity progress.
• Participate in Run activities, stand-ups, lessons learned, and cross-functional meetings with business, project, and production teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience, including confirmed knowledge of Run activities.
• At least 2 years of experience with Oracle SQL and at least 2 years with PostgreSQL.
• At least 1 year of experience with Spark, Angular, Elasticsearch, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the banking environment.
• Rigorous, precise, autonomous, and proactive approach.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• English at B2+ level and French at C1+ level, both written and spoken.
