Mid-Level Finance IT Support Analyst (Finance IT)

Location: Lisbon, hybrid, with up to 3 remote days per week. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered.

Salary: €3,570–€4,410 B2B, or €2,000–€2,300 net on a permanent contract.

hirify.global provides a Lisbon-based opportunity supporting a client’s Finance, Accounting and Procurement IT department.

What you will do

• Process and update incidents and business assistance requests through Jira.
• Provide first-level support, corrective maintenance, and continuous application improvement.
• Maintain application documentation and manage operational maintenance, technical obsolescence, and security vulnerability remediation.
• Organize deployments to UAT and production environments and coordinate remediation with production, infrastructure, and planning teams.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, lessons learned, and other cross-functional Run activities.
• Facilitate communication with business, project, and production teams while tracking and summarizing progress.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Confirmed knowledge of Run activities.
• Practical knowledge of SQL, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Angular and Spring Boot.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and service-oriented skills.
• Rigorous, precise, autonomous, and proactive approach, with the ability to adapt communication to technical and functional audiences.
• Good command of English and French at B2+ level, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Talend.
• Experience with Kibana and Elasticsearch.
• Experience supporting regulatory accounting applications.
• Experience coordinating UAT and production deployments.
