Lead, Full Stack AI Engineer

Location: São Paulo, Brazil, or Warsaw, Poland; onsite role.

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features for Growth AI Performance System modules, covering design handoff, API integration, production deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop React and TypeScript interfaces for marketing ROI, brand strategy, pricing, commercial analytics, dashboards, allocation views, scenario comparisons, and promotional or elasticity tools.
• Build real-time what-if interfaces, data-binding, state management, API contracts, data transformations, and visualizations for complex analytical outputs.
• Integrate Data Scientist model outputs and AI Engineering agentic capabilities into reliable user-facing product features.
• Implement CI/CD, automated testing, cloud deployment, monitoring, authentication, authorization, and secure handling of sensitive client data.
• Collaborate with data, design, technology, and consulting teams; use client feedback to improve product performance, reliability, usability, and credibility.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, including complex frontend development, component architecture, and state management.
• Strong server-side development experience building reliable, versioned APIs and backend services for analytical and AI-generated outputs.
• Experience building data-dense analytical interfaces with dashboards, real-time scenario tools, comparison views, allocation displays, and modern visualization libraries.
• Experience integrating statistical or ML model outputs and AI-generated content into user-facing product features.
• Clean, testable, maintainable code; CI/CD ownership; automated testing; production debugging; and performance profiling.
• Experience deploying and operating full-stack applications on Azure or AWS, including containerization and cloud-native monitoring.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, secure data handling, and DevSecOps for applications handling sensitive commercial data.
• At least 5 years of full-stack software engineering experience with hands-on frontend and backend development, including production applications with data-dense analytical interfaces.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with data scientists and AI engineers, plus strong troubleshooting and production issue-resolution skills.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with media spend and attribution, brand tracking and panel, or pricing and promotional data.
• Experience in analytics, commercial software, consulting-adjacent, client-facing, or professional-user product environments.
• Experience applying interface decisions in contexts where professional users rely on analytical outputs to make decisions.
• Active use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent.
