AI Enterprise SeniorTechnical Lead

Location: Katowice or Poznań, Poland; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days a week. Availability until 18:00 PL is required.

B2B net hourly rate: 200–280 PLN/hour, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and solution design, translating business workflows into scalable enterprise AI solutions.
• Shape architecture for AI agents, orchestration, RAG and retrieval, Azure services, enterprise knowledge, and platform integrations.
• Design agent workflows, context management, tool usage, human-in-the-loop controls, and boundaries between LLM capabilities and deterministic application logic.
• Design integrations between AI workflows, APIs, and existing enterprise platforms while addressing security, identity, access, governance, observability, and auditability.
• Convert discovery outcomes into architecture, technical scope, and an actionable implementation backlog.
• Lead engineers through delivery with hands-on guidance, code reviews, complex technical decisions, AI evaluation, testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience designing and delivering AI or GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic architectures, RAG, workflow orchestration, context engineering, retrieval, structured model outputs, and AI evaluation.
• Hands-on experience building AI solutions and integrating them with application services and APIs.
• Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience combining LLM-based capabilities with deterministic application logic.
• Understanding of security, identity and access, governance, and human oversight in enterprise AI solutions.
• Proven experience leading technical discovery and solution design, while providing hands-on technical leadership when needed.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical decisions and trade-offs.
• Fluency in English and availability until 18:00 PL are required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing multi-agent or agentic workflow architectures.
• Experience building enterprise RAG and knowledge retrieval solutions.
• Experience with LLMOps/MLOps and systematic AI evaluation.
• Experience implementing AI guardrails or model routing.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automated Azure provisioning.
• Relevant Microsoft Azure or AI certifications.
