Senior AI Engineer

Location: Katowice or Poznań, Poland; hybrid work with office attendance an average of four days per week.

Salary: 130–190 PLN gross.

What you will do

• Design and implement production-grade AI agents and Generative AI capabilities in client Azure environments.
• Integrate LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, context retrieval, structured outputs, guardrails, and tool calling.
• Design agent orchestration and AI workflows in collaboration with Solution Architects and Technical Leads.
• Build evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, and automated quality testing for LLM solutions.
• Develop backend APIs and integrate AI services with enterprise systems.
• Contribute to secure, scalable, observable, and reliable production AI services and technical decisions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI agents.
• Experience building RAG and retrieval-based AI solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments.
• Understanding of AI security, observability, and production reliability.
• Ability to work closely with architects and engineers and contribute directly to implementation and technical decisions.
• Full-time availability in Poland and English-language participation in the selection process.
