Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Remote — Poland, Bulgaria, Georgia, or Romania only

What you will do

• Own full-stack features (frontend, backend, APIs, databases) from requirements to deployment.
• Connect applications to LLMs, agents and tools with proper permissions, error handling and UX.
• Use coding agents to ship faster, review their output, and share effective workflows.
• Write tests, review code, mentor teammates and raise quality through pairing.
• Troubleshoot across layers — UI, auth, database — and keep production apps reliable.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack skills in TypeScript or JavaScript, a modern frontend framework, REST/API design and SQL.
• Ability to design solutions and debug across the whole stack, including authentication and access controls.
• Proven experience with Git, automated testing, code review and running applications in production.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar) plus strong skills in reviewing AI-generated code.
• Enjoy mentoring, sharing knowledge and making people around you better.

Nice to have

• React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, GCP, or agent and tool-calling frameworks.
