Technical Sales Engineer - Custom Single-Use Solutions

Location: Medemblik, Netherlands; on-site role

What you will do

• Work with sales, customers, and third-party vendors to convert customer requests into orderable custom single-use assemblies.
• Translate customer needs into technical concepts, product configurations, specifications, and solution proposals.
• Develop and maintain testing protocols, risk analyses, design documentation, and other project records within the QMS.
• Follow QMS and change-control processes to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Apply engineering judgment and creativity to improve processes and product outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Plastics, Bio, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, pharma, biotech, or another production environment.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technical concepts, product configurations, specifications, and/or solution proposals.
• Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements, including accurate technical documentation and compliance.
• Ability to understand technical drawings.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally 5–10%.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience with single-use technologies for monoclonal antibody or vaccine manufacturing.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or CREO.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience.
