What you will do

• Build, support, and refine Power BI dashboards, reports, and visual data presentations.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, recurring patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Translate stakeholder needs and business questions into practical reporting and analytical deliverables.
• Streamline reporting procedures, improve analytics workflows, and increase data accessibility.
• Investigate applications of AI and emerging technologies to strengthen analytics and decision-making.
• Collaborate with product, business, and technical groups and communicate findings to audiences with different technical backgrounds.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation, data visualization, and report generation.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a demonstrated ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable business guidance.
• Experience with business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting-focused platforms.
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence principles and their potential use in analytics, reporting, or product initiatives.
• Knowledge of data modeling, dataset preparation, and analytics tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, curiosity, continuous-improvement mindset, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
