Manager - Reporting & Metrics (AI)

Location: Hybrid; required to work from the downtown Denver office at least 1–2 times per month, with additional office attendance for trainings, meetings, and significant functions. Work from home in Colorado, USA.

Base salary: $111,074–$148,099 in Colorado.

What you will do

• Own the global MISR and S2B reporting cycle, including production jobs, close-cycle activities, consolidated results, reconciliations, rerates, adjustments, and issue resolution.
• Deliver accurate, timely financial insights by interpreting drivers, trends, variances, and Public Sector revenue data.
• Lead and develop BI analysts and developers, including hiring, training, transition planning, documentation, and backup coverage.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, and revenue teams to connect business needs with technical reporting solutions.
• Strengthen validation, governance, data quality, audit readiness, and responsible management of sensitive financial and Public Sector data.
• Drive continuous improvement and modernization of reporting tools, processes, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial reporting, revenue analytics, or a related area.
• Experience leading or developing reporting and analytics professionals.
• Strong financial or operational reporting experience focused on accuracy, actionable insights, and data quality.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, relational databases, and ETL/SSIS processes.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks.
