Junior Account Manager (12-months contract)

What you will do

• Manage one of the top five global customers in Perfumery & Beauty and build relationships with client contacts at all levels.
• Identify business opportunities, decision factors, and success criteria, then define and prioritize action plans.
• Establish dsm-firmenich as a key client partner and obtain complete client briefs.
• Translate client needs into dsm-firmenich projects and brief internal partners.
• Lead and coordinate projects with internal partners and clients.
• Prepare sales analyses, reports, and presentations while driving sales growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, economics, marketing, science, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales, or a commercial apprenticeship, as well as at least 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing or sales.
• Good understanding of business, sales roles, and objectives.
• Ability to develop successful client relationships and define and prioritize action plans according to business opportunities and success factors.
• Ability to act as a strong partner for development teams involved in client projects and work effectively in a team.
• Computer literacy and German and English language skills required.
