Key Account Manager (Logistics)

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany; other locations include Berlin and Munich, Germany.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and grow key accounts across Europe by identifying opportunities in warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, distribution, and integrated supply chain solutions.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle from opportunity development and needs analysis through solution design, pricing, negotiation, contract signing, and project implementation.
• Build long-term relationships with Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and senior management stakeholders.
• Lead RFQ, RFP, and tender projects while coordinating Solution, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
• Own revenue, gross profit, collections, pipeline, forecasts, sales funnels, account plans, and strategic growth plans for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate multi-country projects and resolve customer issues related to operations, cost, service quality, and contractual execution.
