Senior Consultant Energy and Industry

Location: Hybrid in Rotterdam, Netherlands, with the opportunity to work from home, the client, or the office in Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation project assignments for clients in the energy and industry sectors.
• Structure data intelligently, perform data analysis, and prepare benchmarks.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and create functional specifications.
• Take team support responsibilities by coaching new hires and junior colleagues.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.
• Collaborate on projects with colleagues across international business units.

Requirements

• Master's degree.
• 3–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Analytical thinking, including exploring options and synthesizing findings into conclusions.
• Fast learning ability, communication skills, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise and help clients identify opportunities in these areas.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Dutch skills.
• Passion for energy.
• Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
