Senior Manager Energy & Industry (AI)

Location: Hybrid, Amsterdam, Netherlands; work may be performed from home, the client site, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Guide energy and utilities companies through the transition toward the New Energy Reality, including changes in energy generation, transportation, distribution, customer behavior, and business models.
• Lead consulting projects such as market and market-entry studies, operational process improvement, investment decision-making, regulatory compliance, outsourcing, and vendor selection.
• Deliver projects beyond expectations while working with hirify.global consultants and client representatives.
• Coach and mentor consultants and manage project teams.
• Shape and grow the business through business development and sales support.
• Monitor company and market trends and trigger actions to adapt hirify.global’s offerings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 8 years of consulting experience within the utilities industry.
• Business network at relevant energy companies.
• Strong understanding of energy-market developments and their impact on actors across the value chain.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise and help clients capture related opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Dutch skills.
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial, and flexible approach.
• Relevant and strong team-management skills.
