DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Deploy and operate containerized applications in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Manage and automate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Automate operational tasks, support developers with deployments and infrastructure requests, and troubleshoot root causes of deployment and infrastructure issues.
• Participate in incident investigation, security improvements, documentation, and continuous reliability improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience building, maintaining, or improving CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Practical Docker experience and working knowledge of Kubernetes, including deployments, configuration, troubleshooting, and production environments.
• Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS or GCP.
• Ability to write basic automation scripts using Bash or Python; Python knowledge is a must and a software background is mandatory.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Grafana and Prometheus, plus advanced observability and incident management practices.
• Basic knowledge of Ansible, Puppet, or Chef; working knowledge of Linux, networking, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with Git, collaborative software development workflows, cloud security, secrets management, infrastructure access controls, deployment workflow optimization, and infrastructure reliability.
• Experience working in a SaaS, product-based, or AI-driven environment.
• Ability to investigate common issues, identify root causes, collaborate with engineers, document operational processes, and escalate complex problems when necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing AI deployment workflows and MLOps practices.
• Experience optimizing GPU usage for AI workloads.
