TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (AI) (Cloud Infrastructure, IaC): Designing and building cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and source-control environments from scratch for next-generation AI-based analytics products with an accent on Infrastructure-as-Code, cloud architecture, and deployment automation. Focus on establishing engineering standards, leading repository migrations, embedding security and compliance, and scaling platforms in Poland.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work combining work from home with on-site presence at offices or client sites. Client-facing work may require travel as needed.

What you will do
- Own the design, construction, and provisioning of cloud infrastructure for AI-based analytics products.
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code environments from scratch and establish infrastructure automation practices.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for containerized deployments to cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
- Set up source-control repositories, branching strategies, release-management processes, and platform migrations such as GitHub to GitLab.
- Automate engineering-lifecycle activities with Python and scripting while embedding security and compliance into environments.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Full-Stack Developers, and lead architects to define scalable platform standards in Poland.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and setting up DevOps infrastructure and tooling from scratch.
- Strong Python skills for automation, scripting, and tooling.
- Deep Infrastructure-as-Code expertise, such as Terraform.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including infrastructure design and architecture decisions.
- Strong Git, GitHub, and GitLab expertise, plus experience building CI/CD pipelines for cloud and Kubernetes deployments.
- Fluent English and authorization to work in Poland or the ability to obtain it. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or comparable practical experience, is required.

- Knowledge of Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
