DevOps Engineer - Poland (Cloud Security)

What you will do

• Design and implement highly available, scalable, and high-performance solutions across multi-cloud environments.
• Design and develop DevOps tools that support seamless software delivery.
• Create procedures and automation for operational tasks, progressing toward zero-touch operations.
• Develop tools and processes to monitor, analyze, maintain, and improve distributed systems.
• Collaborate with security teams to integrate automated security checks, compliance controls, and vulnerability management into delivery pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience building cloud-agnostic infrastructure and managing multi-cloud environments, including platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Linode.
• Hands-on experience building Infrastructure as Code and managing cloud infrastructure with Terraform.
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing large-scale container environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in cloud security governance, zero-trust frameworks, and PoLP access models.
• Proficiency in CI/CD and GitOps, with robust scripting skills in Linux Shell and Python.
• Understanding of distributed systems and Linux networking, including TCP/IP, SSH, SSL, and HTTP.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and clearly convey technical information.
