Cluster Analyst (SAP)

What you will do

• Complete monthly management-account close activities, including KPI reporting, variance analysis, accruals, and journal postings.
• Calculate and analyze manufacturing-site metrics such as production volumes, labour costs, recoveries, fixed costs, and transfer prices.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems and stakeholders to identify trends across KPIs, actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop recommendations for leadership and finance business partners and run what-if simulations to evaluate solutions.
• Improve data governance, reporting standards, system processes, and automation of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting.
• Prepare and review SOX controls, support audits, and maintain quarterly performance analytics for leadership.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in reporting and forecasting.
• Previous finance experience within an FMCG business.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting technology.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and developing data visualizations.
• Experience with SAP.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Part-qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or international equivalent, expected to be at finalist stage.
• Very strong analytical and month-end abilities.
• Solid database skills.
