What you will do

• Help shape category pricing strategies and maintain pricing architecture, promotional rules, and guardrails.
• Analyse price points and discounts, recommend changes, and track effects on conversion, retention, margin, and profitability.
• Design pricing and discount experiments with Growth, Marketing, and Finance; define success measures and guardrails, then analyse results with statistical rigour.
• Report revenue, margin, and unit economics by category, product, and cohort, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support quarterly planning and forecasting with Finance, track actuals against plan, and explain variances.
• Monitor competitor pricing and propositions across the UK market and assess implications for positioning.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or another science or quantitative subject.
• 3+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfort with experiment design and the statistics behind it.
• Ability to communicate clearly and present complex data simply.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working at pace.
