Finance Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Cramlington, England, United Kingdom; on-site position with a hybrid work arrangement possibility.

Salary: GBP 27,975–GBP 41,776 yearly.

What you will do

• Provide analytical financial support for supply chain and operations at the Cramlington plant.
• Analyze plant productivity, drive loss reporting, investigate variances, and support inventory management and capital reporting.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan for MOE, losses, and S,G&A, as well as quarterly forecasting.
• Complete month-end reporting, including loss and inventory adjustments, savings tracking, manpower reporting, and bonus accruals.
• Maintain financial controls and SOX compliance as Process Owner for Inventory Controls, including cycle count accuracy reporting.
• Support the Plant Controller with process improvements, collaboration with SSC/Accenture, BI initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Professional accountancy qualification at AAT level or higher.
• First post-qualification experience in industry, preferably manufacturing, or in a blue-chip accounting firm.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced finance environment within a multinational organisation.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships across the plant.
• Dynamic, proactive, detail-conscious, and results-driven approach with a persuasive, assertive, and positive can-do attitude.
