BL Automotive Processing & Systems (AP&S) Operations Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead programs or sub-programs focused on cost, supply, and quality improvement.
• Own Product Line COGS management and the SPA model.
• Act as the Product Line change-management point of contact for Assembly & Test, Global Operations, Package Innovation, and Wafer Fab.
• Manage Product Line concept-change activities and interface with Quality, Marketing, and Sales.
• Serve as the Product Line point of contact for supply and quality excursions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to changing work assignments.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of semiconductor technology and manufacturing processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Programming experience in C, C++, SQL, or Python.
