Senior Manager, Technology Operations

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; onsite at 1375 Crossman Avenue.

Salary: $174,138–$234,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and document goals, deliverables, schedules, milestones, accountability matrices, and project modules for medium- to high-complexity projects.
• Track schedules, costs, resources, deliverables, performance measures, forecasts, and operational and financial factors using project management tools.
• Identify delivery risks, conduct scenario analysis, and prepare documented response plans and status reports.
• Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, clarify requirements and project progress, and resolve ambiguities.
• Provide fact-based reporting and documentation to support decisions, incorporating feedback and lessons learned to improve execution.
• Apply business, financial, and analytical methods to improve project tracking, reporting, and outcomes; this role does not supervise employees.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project or Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related area, plus 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area; or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of these areas, plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing SQL data models for analytics and visualizing analytical and reporting models using Tableau or advanced Excel.
• Experience developing technical products, including warehouse management systems and supporting backend system logic.
• Experience managing complex projects end to end and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting profit and loss analysis and making strategic cost-reduction and revenue-generating recommendations.
• Experience partnering with fulfillment center operations teams to drive quality excellence.
• Experience creating and maintaining roadmaps that define the future vision and strategic direction of owned space.
• Experience measuring, monitoring, and reporting on program portfolio performance, including developing key performance metrics and tracking mechanisms.
• Any amount of experience with the required skills will be accepted.
