Program Management Supervisor

Location: Houston, United States; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office, with travel of up to 50%

Compensation range: $95,400–$192,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Lead small to medium-sized engagements valued between $250K and $800K.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, governance structures, Statements of Work, and change request logs.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, scope, and project impacts while resolving or escalating issues.
• Direct, motivate, mentor, and coach project teams while fostering an inclusive working environment.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders and build strong engagement relationships.
• Identify client opportunities and contribute to proposals and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or business process improvement.
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies.
• Proven experience managing transformation engagements such as ERP or Business Intelligence initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and troubleshoot using sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Visio.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• PMP or SCRUM certification.
• Experience with ERP implementations such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or Oracle.
• Exposure to business capability benchmarking, blueprinting, and roadmap development.
• Experience with business case development and management.
• Industry expertise in healthcare, including Medicare or Medicaid, or public sector transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, operational modernization, and system integration.
