Senior Configuration Management Engineer (ServiceNow)

Location: On-site at the Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. All positions are on-site.

What you will do

• Own and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), maintaining accurate, current, and documented data.
• Develop reports and dashboards supporting audits, configuration status, lifecycle management, and executive decision-making.
• Improve data accuracy through automated workflows, discovery tools, and system integrations.
• Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards, and policies.
• Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data and translate findings into scalable CMDB capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Strong understanding of ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager, or BMC Atrium.
• Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs, or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
