Associate Manager - ERP Package Applications (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Help clients transform their businesses and solve complex business and technical problems.
• Define project scope and vision for customized solutions.
• Define, guide, and support technical governance processes and develop standards for the ServiceNow architecture model.
• Participate in or lead design workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain technical deliverables for ServiceNow configurations and integrations and represent ServiceNow best practices.
• Act as a technical leader and liaison among business partners, technical resources, project stakeholders, and pre-sales teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple products, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, GRC, Security, CSM, HRSD, and Portal.
• Strong professional services and/or client-facing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence, consult, and provide thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders when addressing governance, program or project management, business process, and technical problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centered attitude, and ability to work with cultural diversity.
• Proven ability to be a team player and team builder.
• A degree, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences.

Nice to have

• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.
• ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, and/or Certified Application Developer certifications.
