Senior Lead Technical Manager (Coupa/ERP)

Location: Hybrid, based near one of the corporate offices in McLean, Virginia; Dallas, Texas; or Memphis, Tennessee, United States. Travel up to 5%.

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 per year, based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Eligible for the hirify.global Annual Incentive Bonus Plan.

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning technology, processes, and people, using structured plans and collaboration to resolve problems.
• Bridge business and technology teams by defining requirements, reviewing solution designs, and ensuring approaches are practical and scalable.
• Facilitate collaboration across business technology and process teams, core technology teams, enterprise application and platform owners, external partners, and SaaS vendors.
• Lead delivery and quality through project management and hands-on technical contribution.
• Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, steering committee materials, decision artifacts, and discussion decks.
• Produce architecture and data-flow diagrams, process flows, integration designs, technical options assessments, testing and validation documentation, support models, and operational transition materials.

Requirements

• Seven years of professional experience in Technology or a related field, including delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Six years of experience in management consulting or an internal consulting-style role, partnering with business and technology teams to scope problems, develop solution options, and deliver outcomes.
• Six years of experience with enterprise ERP technologies, such as PeopleSoft or equivalent ERP platforms, or Coupa.
• Experience supporting Coupa–ERP integrations and related business processes, including data integrity, scalability, and operational readiness.
• Working knowledge of enterprise technology and SaaS-enabled solutions, including system integrations through APIs and SFTP/file-based exchanges, as well as solution and architecture design.
• Experience translating business process requirements into technical deliverables and operational models.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement near McLean, Dallas, or Memphis, United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree plus 7 or more years of Technology-related experience, or a high school degree/GED plus 12 or more years of Technology-related experience.
• Ten or more years of professional experience in Technology or a related field.
• Project Management Professional certification.
