Senior Solution Architect (ERP)

Location: Hybrid role in Itasca, Illinois, United States.

Salary: $84,300–$130,000 plus bonus.

What you will do

• Own and coordinate solution delivery for upgrades, implementation projects, global projects, and success services.
• Work with implementation teams, project managers, partners, system integrators, senior architects, and customers to align solutions with business requirements and project goals.
• Use the Scope Tool to define customer scopes, identify scope gaps, and support risk management for moderately complex requirements.
• Review solution documentation, test plans, customer work products, CRIMs, and solution-related actions for quality, consistency, and alignment.
• Engage customer stakeholders and executive teams through workshops, presentations, regular reviews, and discussions of solution value and business outcomes.
• Apply hirify.global Accelerators and implementation best practices while developing knowledge of core hirify.global industries and contributing to methodology improvements.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Experience with business process mapping.
• Experience with implementation or transformation projects involving direct customer interaction.
• Involvement in project planning and resourcing in conjunction with a Project Manager.
• Excellent communication skills and experience conducting workshops and presentations.
• Experience leading the development of an ERP solution.
• Fluency in English and the local language.

• Experience delivering ERP projects in a relevant industry, preferably in a similar role.
