Inside Sales Representative Industrial (Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Sell and support the company’s products, services, and solutions for assigned regions, product lines, or segments.
• Manage customer RFQs, contracts, pricing, forecasts, renewals, new-business quotations, and related reporting.
• Support Account Sales Managers and channel partners with customer growth, price management, lead qualification, and follow-up.
• Review customer forecasts and coordinate business reviews, meetings, marketing initiatives, and trade-show activities.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and relationships while resolving inquiries and supporting sales activities.
• Provide Level 1 technical support after receiving internal training.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience; a technical or business-related background and/or several years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
• Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is required; experience with manufacturing or industrial companies is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal, including the ability to present information clearly.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities and demands.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with a focus on delivering results.
• High professional integrity and business ethics, with ownership and accountability for agreed goals and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; CRM experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, external customers, and partners.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Nice to have

• French or German language skills; other European languages are also valued.
• Previous experience with CRM systems.
