What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for leadership profiles, including research, sourcing, assessment, candidate management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance.
• Build expertise in one talent market across Western Europe, Italy and Southeast Europe, PLECA, or Africa, and tailor regional sourcing strategies.
• Advise hiring managers and business leaders on market mapping, candidate engagement, conversion, time to fill, and regional hiring practices.
• Use ATS reports, dashboards, and recruiting metrics to improve pipeline performance and operational excellence.
• Develop innovative talent acquisition programs, support employer branding events, and maintain candidate pipelines for future opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting leadership profiles or in executive search in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful collaboration with hiring managers and business leaders, including advising decision-makers and influencing strategic hiring decisions.
• Experience recruiting across a variety of roles and levels at an international level.
• Experience with market research, talent insights, and varied sourcing methods.
• Solid understanding of Glovo's vision, business model, and operations.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build recruiting partnerships.
• Data-oriented approach to recruiting strategy and goals while maintaining candidate experience.
• Knowledge of regional talent markets, particularly Spain, Portugal, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Poland, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Armenia, Morocco, Tunisia, Kenya, Nigeria, and Uganda.
