Senior Talent Acquisition Lead - Iberia

What you will do

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse professional, senior, and leadership roles across Iberia.
• Develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions, and provide talent-market intelligence.
• Advise hiring managers and senior stakeholders, align hiring priorities, and recommend alternative sourcing approaches when needed.
• Lead cross-functional talent acquisition projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and develop the recruitment team, allocate assignments, set performance expectations, and share best practices.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, improve candidate experience and recruiter productivity, and implement recruitment technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a complex, international, or multinational organization, including 4–5 years leading recruitment teams across multiple business units and managing recruitment delivery.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders while managing competing hiring priorities.
• Strong understanding of recruitment analytics, talent-market intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience leading or contributing to Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives, including process improvement and technology adoption.
• Strong leadership, communication, change-management, and project-management skills, including management of priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning, personal development, and building team capabilities.
• Experience with HR and Talent Acquisition technologies such as Workday and Eightfold for recruitment processes and data management.
