Global University Recruiting Manager and Program Lead (AI)

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain. Full time; approximately 25% travel.

What you will do

• Lead university recruiting strategy and execution across APJ and EMEA, including workforce planning, demand forecasting, sourcing, school strategy, employer branding, and communications.
• Partner with the Director of Global University Programs to translate global priorities into regional execution across multiple business units and geographies.
• Design and scale internship, graduate onboarding, development, and candidate experience programs across digital, in-person, and hybrid touchirify.globaloints.
• Use AI, automation, analytics, and digital recruiting tools to improve productivity, decision quality, candidate engagement, process consistency, and compliance.
• Build university partnerships, manage budgets and governance, and ensure alignment with regional compliance, data privacy, employment practices, and contractual frameworks.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while advising business leaders, People Partners, and talent acquisition stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in Human Resources, university programs, recruitment, and management, or equivalent degree-level experience, including at least 1 year leading a team or managing people.
• Experience leading complex programs across regions and markets, ideally in a matrixed global organization.
• Experience leading teams to successful outcomes through ambiguity and change, both in person and remotely.
• Experience developing people through coaching, stretch assignments, formal learning, and project ownership.
• Fluent English, strong business acumen, and cross-cultural leadership capability.
• Ability to drive change, influence without authority, and lead transformation.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, strategic consulting, stakeholder influence, communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Advanced use of Excel, Power BI, analytics, and data storytelling.
• Strong AI fluency, including identifying practical use cases, automating repeatable work, improving insights, and helping teams adopt efficient ways of working.
• Deep understanding of recruitment technologies, policies, strategies, benchmarking, and university data, plus strong project and program management skills.
• Ability to use LinkedIn, university platforms, virtual events, talent communities, and digital campaigns to strengthen employer branding, engage early-career talent, build diverse pipelines, and measure engagement impact.
