Global University Recruiting Manager and Program Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead university recruiting strategy and execution across APJ and EMEA for multiple business units and geographies.
• Shape regional execution of hirify.global’s global university talent agenda in partnership with the Director of Global University Programs.
• Set direction for sourcing, university strategy, employer branding, communications, and early-career talent pipelines.
• Design and scale intern and graduate onboarding and development programs, including budgets, governance, approvals, tracking, and reporting.
• Use AI, automation, analytics, and digital recruiting tools to improve productivity, candidate engagement, decision quality, compliance, and process consistency.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while advising business leaders, People Partners, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, university programs, recruitment, management, or an equivalent field, including at least 1 year leading a team or managing people.
• Experience leading complex programs across regions and markets, preferably in a matrixed global organization.
• Experience leading teams through ambiguity and change in both in-person and remote environments.
• Fluent English, strong business acumen, cross-cultural leadership, and the ability to influence without authority.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, analytics, data storytelling, recruitment technology, and project and program management skills.
• Strong AI fluency and the ability to identify practical use cases and automate repeatable work.

Nice to have

• Experience building university partnerships, talent communities, digital campaigns, virtual events, and diverse early-career talent pipelines.
• Experience in employer branding, benchmarking, university data, and transformation programs.
