Salary: $96,616.00–$155,000.00/year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Identify business data sources, requirements, data quality issues, service-level priorities, and fit-for-purpose datasets across SQL, NoSQL, and distributed data stores.
• Apply data strategy, governance, accessibility, storage, scalability, and data-valuation principles to routine business problems.
• Understand business context across product, finance, marketing, sales, technology, business systems, and human resources, and recommend solutions to complex business issues.
• Translate business requirements into projects, activities, tasks, domain-specific artifacts, and data or mathematical solutions.
• Create dashboards, graphical representations, and data-model visualizations; collaborate with UX designers and UI engineers when needed.
• Present insights and influence technical and business stakeholders using appropriate visualization frameworks and communication styles.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology and Management, Engineering, or a related field; or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of these fields plus 2 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Experience cleaning data and performing deep-dive analytics using Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience creating reporting and visualization dashboards with Tableau.
• Experience performing regression analysis and creating bar plots with R.
• Experience using SQL and SSMS to extract and analyze database data, and using relational databases for creating, updating, traversing, and merging data.
• Experience using Python to clean data and export it into SSMS.
• Experience using Excel for reporting, formatting, calculated fields, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Experience with project management and waterfall or agile methodologies.
• Experience creating Microsoft Power Automate schedulers for task automation, email delivery, and project tracking, as well as building ETL processes for fetching, transforming, and converting data into usable tables.
