Staff Product Manager (FP&A Systems)

Location: Bentonville, AR, United States; onsite at 811 Excellence Dr, Bentonville, AR 72716

Salary: $187,720–$220,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Own business and user acceptance testing for products and features, represent technology requirements, and drive technology design outcomes.
• Build and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization decisions, rollouts, scaling, and iterative optimization.
• Research customer needs, create customer journeys, identify experience gaps, and deliver value within profitability and business targets.
• Define product requirements, problem statements, hypotheses, product vision, strategy, go-to-market considerations, and unit economics.
• Monitor and structure data, support exploratory data analysis, and use evidence to inform product decisions.
• Build consensus across engineering teams and stakeholders, communicate complex information, and identify innovation, automation, and process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 7 years of progressively responsible post-bachelor’s experience in product management or related experience; or a master’s degree or equivalent plus 5 years of experience.
• Experience managing core financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial close and consolidations, and variance analysis.
• Experience managing data validation, transformation, and remediation in OneStream and Hyperion environments.
• Experience designing and implementing FP&A systems using OneStream Analytics, including planning, forecasting, and CPM.
• Experience designing and implementing FP&A systems using Oracle Cloud and on-premises applications, including Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, EPBCS, IR, FR, and Predictive Planning.
• Experience designing and implementing financial close and consolidation systems using HFM, FDMEE, and FCCS, plus data and metadata management systems using DRM, EDMCS, and ACM.
• Experience with cloud-based datamarts and data warehousing platforms such as GCP or AWS, and proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL scripting.
• Experience coding and implementing object-oriented languages and tools, including Java, VBA, VB.Net, Essbase Calc-Script, Groovy Scripts, and Python.
• Experience with enterprise SDLC, testing and migration protocols, SOX-compliance processes, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of program and project management, including capacity and project planning, status reporting, prioritization, risk management, roadmap management, change management, and strategic planning, as well as forecasting models such as straight-line, time series, moving averages, and multiple linear regression.
