Senior Product Manager (HR Technology)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington, US; must work in the hirify.global corporate headquarters at least 4 days per week.

Salary: $142,000–$220,500 annual.

What you will do

• Take HR technology initiatives from opportunity identification and requirements gathering through prioritization, launch, and lifecycle management.
• Develop multi-year product roadmaps, value propositions, feature sequencing, success criteria, and release plans across multiple HR domains.
• Coordinate product planning involving Workday configuration, integrations, downstream systems, business, operations, technology, and other dependencies.
• Conduct end-user research with employees, managers, HR partners, and operations; synthesize insights and evaluate build, buy, and integration options.
• Create product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data-driven prioritization using metrics such as accuracy, cycle time, adoption, case volume, and employee satisfaction.
• Partner with Change Management, Learning, operations, and engineering on training, communications, adoption, and responsible evaluation of AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in HR technology or workforce platforms.
• 2+ years in the Workday ecosystem with hands-on experience in one or more modules, including Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Optimization, or Recruiting.
• Proven experience managing successful HR technology products throughout their lifecycle, including multiple launches across different HR domains.
• Strong understanding of HR operational workflows, workforce policies, and labor and data privacy compliance.
• Practical experience delivering AI- or ML-enabled product capabilities and understanding AI concepts such as RAG, agentic patterns, and prompt design, with responsible enterprise application.
• Experience evaluating build-versus-buy-versus-integrate decisions and working with vendors and system integrators.
• Experience partnering with Change Management and Learning to drive adoption across a large, distributed workforce.
• Experience inspiring and influencing others, including managing and leading high-performing teams; ability to define, measure, and analyze processes for improvement.
• Technical understanding of software development principles, Agile development, testing methodologies, data analysis, performance metrics, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication, organization, and time management; knowledge of product management tools such as Aha! and Jira.
