Staff HR Business Partner (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Warren, Michigan; the selected candidate must report to the specified location at least 3 times a week or at another frequency set by the manager. Relocation benefits are available under company policy.

Salary: $112,100–$175,400 base salary, plus potential incentive pay.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, job design, talent strategies, and organizational transformation.
• Lead organizational design and change management initiatives across complex business units and diverse teams.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance, Total Rewards, and complex human capital matters while considering business and legal risk.
• Drive leadership development, people leader effectiveness, and employee experience aligned with company values and goals.
• Use data, advanced diagnostic frameworks, and scenario modeling to resolve non-standard HR challenges and demonstrate HR impact.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to diagnose root issues and implement practical, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to strategic HRBP roles in large, complex organizations.
• Proven experience in enterprise organizational design, leadership development, and global talent management.
• Expertise in HR technology platforms and AI-enabled HR solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Advanced analytical, conceptual thinking, problem-solving, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities for complex, enterprise-level challenges.

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MA in HR.
